Selling was hard for us.
So we built something that sells for us
Sales Workshop did not start with a pitch deck. It started with our own pain: we built software products and kept hitting the same wall — selling them. This is the story of how that pain became a product.
How Sales Workshop came to be
The beginning
We build software products
Our team shipped AI systems at large tech and banking companies long before it went mainstream. Then we started building our own products. The products worked. What was left was selling them.
The problem
Sales turned out to be harder than engineering
First we sold ourselves: calling, writing, running conversations late at night instead of building. Then we hired reps — months of searching, onboarding, scripts and supervision. People burned out and left, and the results never scaled.
The idea
“Why not build an AI sales rep?”
At some point we looked at it from the outside: we build AI products for a living — so why not build an AI sales rep that sells for us? The first version was made for our own projects.
Sales Workshop
The agent started selling — and we realised everyone needs this
The AI answered enquiries in seconds, made calls, followed up and never burned out. Conversion went up and night-time leads stopped disappearing. It was clear that every business lives with the same problem — and Sales Workshop was born.

Changing how the world sells — not just one market
AI agents are becoming a sales channel in their own right, the way websites and CRM once did. We are building the product that sets that standard globally: any language, any channel, any country.
